A profile instead of a CV
Structured competencies rather than two pages in an arbitrary format. Companies see the same data for every candidate and can genuinely compare.
QA Board connects QA specialists with the companies looking for them. Companies see competencies, not personal data. Contact details are shared only after the specialist agrees. Free for both sides.
The platform is run by Quality Island, a company with over 150 QA projects and 1,600 trained specialists, organiser of the Testing Ground Conference and publisher of the Strefa QA portal.
Specialists build a structured profile: technologies, experience, rates, availability and certifications. Companies browse the catalogue and reach out to the people who fit the project.
Quality and testing roles gathered together, without searching several job boards. Companies publish listings free of charge.
This is not a promise buried in the terms. It is how the database itself is built. A company browsing the catalogue has no technical way to read your name, address or phone number.
Role, stack, experience, rate, availability. A profile number instead of a name.
Only companies verified beforehand by Quality Island can send one.
You see who is asking and about which project. Accept or decline, company by company.
Only after our approval do contact details reach that one company. Every disclosure is logged.
Structured competencies rather than two pages in an arbitrary format. Companies see the same data for every candidate and can genuinely compare.
Your profile works for you even when you are not actively looking. Your current employer will not see that you are in the database.
Profiles are reviewed by a company that has run testing projects and trained QA teams for years. We know the difference between a claim and practice.
Technologies, seniority, rates, work mode, industry and availability. The parameters that actually decide the fit.
Manual, automation, performance, security, accessibility. No unrelated openings from the rest of IT.
Specialist registration, profile browsing and job listings at no cost.

“Hiring QA specialists is hard because there is no tool that shows a candidate’s competencies precisely.”
QA Board grew out of a real problem. We built a platform that removes the guesswork and lets companies decide on concrete data.
As a QA community we know how to assess specialists. We share that experience with the companies looking for people for their teams.

No. Specialist registration, profile browsing and job listings are free for both sides. The only paid item is the optional technical verification of a candidate by Quality Island.
They will not see who is behind the profile. The catalogue shows competencies, rate and availability, without your name or contact details. We never pass your data to anyone without your consent.
Only after two approvals. First you accept a specific request from a specific company, then Quality Island approves it. Every disclosure is recorded, so you can always check who received your data and when.
Only a company whose account has been verified by Quality Island beforehand. An account created a moment ago has no technical way to send a request.
You do not, but profiles with a rate receive better matched requests, because the company knows straight away whether it fits the budget. You can leave the field empty and fill it in later.
At any time from your account. You can withdraw your consent to data processing and delete the profile. This follows directly from the GDPR and is how the platform works.
