QA specialists you can filter, with rates on the table.

Competency profiles built for search: tools and test types with proficiency levels, domains, certificates, availability and expected rates. You reach a person only after they agree, which is why they answer.

  • Free to browse and free to publish offers
  • Filters that show how many profiles match before you click
  • Talent alerts: save a search, we e-mail you when someone new matches

Create a company account

Enter your work e-mail, type in the code we send and set up the account. No password, no separate sign-up.

Verification by Quality Island usually takes one working day. Browsing works right away. Already have an account? Sign in.

The part everyone asks about

Two gates, and both of them work for you

Contact details are released only when the specialist accepts your request and Quality Island approves it. It sounds like friction. It is the reason this pool has not been burned out by mass outreach.

Gate 1

We verify the company

An account created a moment ago cannot send anything. We check who is behind it before it reaches a single specialist, so nobody here is fielding messages from accounts that will not exist next week.

Gate 2

The specialist agrees, we approve

They see your company and your project and answer for themselves. Then we review the request. Both approvals are required, a candidate cannot self-approve, and the rule lives in the database, not in the interface.

What you get

Built for how QA hiring actually goes wrong

Competency data, not CV prose

Tools, test types and domains come with proficiency levels, so you filter on evidence instead of reading twenty documents to find one Playwright user.

Rates stated upfront

Every profile carries the rate the specialist expects, split by contract type. You know the budget fit before the first message, not after the third call.

Verified by Quality Island

A large part of the catalogue has been reviewed by a QA company, not by an algorithm. We know this market because we train and staff it.

People who want to be found

Everyone here published a profile on purpose. That is a different response rate than cold outreach to someone who never asked to be contacted.

Talent alerts, so you search once

Save any search and we e-mail you when a new specialist matches it. One message in the morning, and only when there is somebody new. Nothing found today does not mean nothing next week.

How it works

From account to contact details

  1. 01

    Set up the company account

Company name, NIP and contact person. Quality Island verifies the company before it can reach anyone.

  2. 02

    Search the catalogue

Filter by role, seniority, tools, test types, domains, certificates, city, work mode and rate. Every filter shows how many profiles match.

  3. 03

Save the search as an alert

Nobody matching today? Save the filters and we will e-mail you the moment somebody new does. You search once instead of coming back to check.

  4. 04

    Send a request

The specialist sees who is asking and about which project. A concrete message gets a decision faster.

  5. 05

    The specialist decides

They accept or decline. No answer means no, and nothing is released.

  6. 06

    We approve, you get contact

After their consent Quality Island reviews the request, and only then do the contact details open. Every disclosure is logged.

Questions we actually get

Straight answers

Why can I not just get the contact details?

Because that is exactly why the specialists are here. A pool where anyone can pull a phone number empties itself within a month. The consent step is what keeps the catalogue alive and the response rate high.

How long does company verification take?

We review accounts by hand, usually within one working day. You can browse the whole catalogue while you wait; only sending requests is blocked.

What does it cost?

Browsing and publishing offers are free. If you need us to run the search, shortlist or the whole QA hiring process, that is a Quality Island service and we price it per project.

What if nobody matches today?

Save the search as a talent alert. We check every morning and e-mail you only when a new specialist matches your filters, so an empty search today is not a wasted visit. You can pause or delete an alert at any time from your company account.

Can we publish job offers?

Yes, free of charge, and offers published on QA Board are marked as recommended and sit above the listings we pull from our partner SOLID.Jobs.

Is this GDPR-safe on our side too?

Yes. You receive personal data only after a documented consent from the person it concerns, and every disclosure is recorded with who, whom and when. That is the accountability the GDPR asks for.

Need the whole QA hiring done for you?

QA Board is the self-service part. When you would rather hand over the search, the technical screening or a whole QA team, that is what Quality Island does for a living: over 150 delivered QA projects and 1,600 trained specialists.
